Town crier announces jobs on offer
JOB vacancies in Colchester were advertised rather unusually – with the help of a town crier.
Internet directory company Ufindalocal.com want to find 25 more sales staff for its Colchester call centre.
To spread word of the vacancies the company asked town crier Tony Appleton to announce the roles around Colchester town centre yesterday.
